Credit terms

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. They are granted after you confirm a bank transfer with the unique narration code issued for that purchase. Unused credits may be reversed by support if the matching deposit is not found.

Refund window for unused credits is 14 days, subject to counsel. VAT treatment is an open owner decision.
